Locum Occupational Therapy role available just under 2 hours drive from Melbourne!

ASAP start, for 8 weeks.

Grade 1 or 2 Occupational Therapist needed to cover a caseload of:

- Community based care including CHSP, Community Health, HACC-PYP
- Assistive Technology prescription
- Home Modification recommendations (& ideally experience with more complex home modifications)

*Ideally you will have a knowledge of Victorian funding schemes including SWEP, GEAT2Go

Drivers licence required.
