The Role

This is an exciting chance for a Licensed Conveyancer to take ownership of property transactions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant property settlements while delivering outstanding service to clients. Supported by a collaborative team, this role offers the perfect platform to grow and excel. This role is perfect for a candidate who thrives in a client-focused environment, who is a confident and approachable communicator.

The Duties

• Handle the complete conveyancing process, including drafting contracts and preparing settlement documents.
• Conduct PEXA settlements with precision and efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, real estate agents, solicitors, and financial institutions.
• Maintain compliance and ensure all transactions are managed with meticulous attention to detail.
• Oversee registration processes, settlements, and post-settlement tasks.

Experience

• Licensed Conveyancer in New South Wales, with minimum 2 years of experience.
• PEXA experience is essential.
• Great attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using LEAP and DocuSign is ideal but not essential.
