About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. In this role you will:

• Facilitate passenger & checked baggage security screening
• Manage traffic flow & screen at security checkpoints within the airport
• Conduct Perimeter Checks, Car Park monitoring and Trolley Returns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond professionally whilst liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain compliance and follow procedures and safety measures
• Record of incident reports as required

Desired Skills and Experience

• Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance
• Good communication skills with high attention to detail
• Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
