Casual, 3 x days per week

$35 – $40 per hour. Above award remuneration and performance bonuses.

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, confident, and well-presented Treatment Consultant to join our fast-growing team at The Smile Factory and Nova Dental Implant Centre.

Our brand-new, state-of-the-art dental practice delivers exceptional and personalised patient care—offering everything from general dentistry to advanced procedures like All-on-4 dental implants, Invisalign, and cosmetic makeovers. We are the fastest growing practice in Newcastle; our team is constantly expanding.

What this role involves:

As a Treatment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients through their dental journey—from first consultation to completed treatment.

This role is perfect for someone who:

· Has a genuine passion for helping others and making patients feel calm, heard, and supported

· Understands dental procedures and terminology, and communicates treatment plans clearly and compassionately

· Comfortable explaining treatment options, procedures, and payment plans in a way patients can easily understand

· Takes the time to answer patient questions and ensures they feel informed and confident every step of the way

· Works collaboratively with dentists and the wider team to coordinate treatment plans and appointments smoothly

· Confident in discussing Superannuation and other third-party payment options with patients

· Enjoys being part of a close-knit, caring team where patient experience is always the top priority
