At Little Scribblers, we believe that every child deserves a joyful and enriching early learning experience. We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our team at our purpose-built centre in Caringbah, NSW.

About the Role:

As a Room Leader at Little Scribblers Caringbah, you will:

Lead and inspire a team of educators in delivering a high-quality, play-based learning program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child

Build strong, respectful relationships with families, children, and colleagues

Document and reflect on children’s learning using intentional teaching strategies and thoughtful observations

Work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to uphold compliance, support team development, and drive excellence across the room

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or ECT

Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices in early childhood education

Demonstrated experience in leading a team of educators and supporting individual growth

A passion for early learning and creating positive, meaningful experiences for children

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A current Working With Children Check (NSW), Child Protection Training, and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
