We are seeking a strategic and motivated Philanthropy Specialist to play a vital role in growing our fundraising impact and deepening relationships with individual donors, major givers, and philanthropic partners. As a key member of our Fundraising and Engagement team, you will:

Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and prospects

Be accountable and responsible for a strong bequest and membership program

Identify and cultivate new opportunities for philanthropic income

Develop tailored stewardship plans and compelling proposals

Work collaboratively across programs to showcase our impact

Contribute to the development and execution of the organisation’s philanthropy strategy

We’re looking for someone who:

Has 3+ years’ experience in philanthropy, major gifts, or relationship fundraising

Builds authentic, long-term relationships with supporters

Communicates with empathy and professionalism

Thrives in a purpose-driven environment and is highly organised

Understands the Australian philanthropic landscape
