Are you confident on the phone and energised by outbound calling? Do you enjoy building rapport, qualifying leads, and driving sales opportunities? We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Officer to join our team on a full time basis.

Supporting our national sales efforts, you will play a key role in driving business growth through lead generation, outbound sales calls, and CRM management—while also supporting the team with key sales coordination and customer engagement tasks.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be outbound business development and lead nurturing. You will:

Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers.

Build rapport quickly and confidently communicate the value of our products.

Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales journey.

Follow up warm leads and ensure no opportunities slip through the cracks.

Manage and track all leads through our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

Assist with preparing sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.

Support sales order processing and chase outstanding quotes.

Assist with onboarding new customers and coordinating product training.

About You

You are a confident communicator and motivated self-starter who thrives in an outbound sales environment. You bring:

Experience in outbound cold calling, and lead generation.

The ability to quickly learn and speak knowledgeably about technical products.

A persuasive and professional phone manner, with objection-handling skills.

Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.

Experience working with CRM systems to manage and track leads.

Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.

Previous experience in a sales support or customer-facing role, ideally with a technical, electrical, or mechanical product.

A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
