Warehouse and Admin Assistant – Full Time.

An intervention procedure is a minimally- invasive medical therapeutic procedure. We represent global industry pioneers in the cardiology, peripheral, abdominal and neurological intervention market segments. Our exciting range of products from start to finish innovative best-in-class medical devices. Also, we aim to offer safer, faster and better technology in the challenging interventional procedures.

You will be working in the Operations Departments and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. This is a hands-on role and would suit a candidate who enjoys completing a variety of tasks, problem-solving, collaboration, and achieving customer satisfaction. You will be working both individually and within a team. The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary package upon completion of a probationary period and upon achieving sufficient work competency and key performance indicators.

Role Description:

· Assist with the pick and pack function for dispatch.

· Assist receiving inbound shipments and storing in correct bin/ shelf locations.

· Assist with stock take and cycle counts.

· Maintain clean and tidy warehouse space.

· Liaise with Customer Service staff when necessary.

· Assist to procure quality supplies in a cost-effective manner.

· Support with Marketing and Promotional materials and samples such as storage, tracking and usage.

· Assist with 4PL chargeback

· Support storage and tracking of capital equipment.

· Any other task assigned from time to time.

Skill & Experience

· Previous experience working in warehouse.

· Familiarity with Warehouse Management System software preferred but not essential.

· Good time management skill in fast-paced organization.

· Proficient in written and verbal communication.

· Attention to detail and prompt responses to requirements.

· Can work with minimum supervision and being part of team.
