About You

As the successful applicant, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Proven residential construction, maintenance and installation experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Be self-motivated, reliable, honest and take pride in your work

Be well presented, polite and customer focused

Have a high level of attention to detail

Manage, adhere to and document WH&S - mandatory

Hold a current Qld Electrical Licence - mandatory

General Construction Induction Qld (White Card) - mandatory

Structured Cabling Endorsement - highly desirable

Split System AC Installation and Decommissioning Licence - highly desirable

Working Safely at Heights – desirable

Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence - mandatory

Additionally, you must have the right to work in Australia and receive a National Police Check clearance that is deemed satisfactory in order to be the successful applicant.
