The Role
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This varied role includes face-to-face therapy, functional capacity assessments, assistive technology applications, and NDIS reporting. The role offers a balance of in-clinic and outreach work, with regular travel to rural communities.

This is an excellent opportunity to build skills across a diverse caseload and make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapeutic interventions for paediatric, adult, and disability clients

Complete NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and End of Plan reports

Provide Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and written applications

Travel to remote Queensland towns as part of scheduled outreach

Maintain accurate documentation aligned with NDIS and company standards

Contribute to resource development and internal procedures

Essential Criteria:

Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Australian working rights

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel

Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Interest in rural practice

Desirable:

Experience writing FCA or AT reports for the NDIS

Paediatric or adult disability experience

Previous rural, outreach or remote community experience
