At Neurodiverse Playhouse, we’re changing the way paediatric therapy is delivered. Our multidisciplinary team is creative, collaborative, and deeply committed to providing joyful, evidence-informed care that supports neurodivergent children to thrive.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Speech Therapist to join our team across our Brisbane Playhouses. This role includes time in our purpose-built therapy clinics and a half-day each week delivering services in a local school setting.

About the Role

Deliver high-quality, neuro-affirming speech therapy to children and their families

Work across multiple beautiful Playhouse clinic locations, featuring indoor/outdoor therapy spaces and rooftop playgrounds

Provide school-based therapy half a day per week in a real-world educational setting

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Art Therapist, Podiatrist, and Learning Integration Practitioners

About You

Qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA registration

Minimum 3+ years paediatric experience

Passionate about working with neurodivergent children in a strengths-based, play-based approach

Confident communicator and team player

Committed to inclusive practice, continuous learning, and innovation

Interest in music, art or creative therapies is a bonus (but not essential)
