About the Role

We’re hiring Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists who are passionate about paediatrics. Whether you’re looking to specialise in a niche area or prefer variety in your caseload – we design roles that fit YOU.

You’ll

Deliver fun, functional therapy for kids aged 0–18

Conduct assessments and create individualised, goal-based programs

Work across the clinic, school, home and community settings

Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and share ideas that actually get heard

Get supported to pursue your passion areas and build a caseload that lights you up

Salary from $90K+ with PD budget, additional leave and external supervision

Are a qualified OT, SLP or Psych (AHPRA or SPA registered)
