About the role

We are seeking a talented Bakery Sales Assistant - Cook on Grill to join our dynamic team at Morisset Bakehouse. As our employee, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious grilled items while providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a range of grilled items to meet customer orders

Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standard

Providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and handling cash and payments when you are available.

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies

Collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing bakery or food service role

Strong cooking and food preparation skills, with the ability to work efficiently on a grill

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Good time management and the ability to work well under pressure

Awareness of food safety and hygiene regulations

Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
