Position Details:
We are seeking an experienced fryer and grill cook to join our team. You will be responsible for:
• Preparing and cooking fried and grilled seafood and burgers to a high standard
• Managing multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting with stock rotation and prep
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
• Working collaboratively with other team members
• Good communication skills and team attitude
• Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
