Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in a similar role

Australian unrestricted Driver's Licence

Comprehensively insured, registered, reliable vehicle

Must have a vehicle

Must have an ABN

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain same)

Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain same)

Smart phone

Tasks & responsibilities

Support/supervise behavioural, emotional and social needs/development (in the residence & during community activities).

Daily report notes/writing.

Incident reports when and if required.

Assist with household chores (meal preparation, basic self care, cleaning).

Transport/travel support.

Participate in vocational, recreational, leisure activities.

Assist in doctors appointments, shopping support and accessing other services.

Connect the individual with their family, friends & community.

Assist in completing applications/paperwork related to the participant and their request/s.
