In Mortgage & Finance Services is a longstanding mortgage brokerage with 10 finance consultants, supported by an awesome operational team. Who are you?

You’re proactive, ambitious, and ready to grow. You’ve got a solid understanding of finance and/or loan processing, ideally backed by experience in a similar role and a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Most importantly, you want to be part of a team that values your contribution and supports your development.

Contract & hours:

Six month contract with view to permanency. 25 - 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

Lodgement of loan applications via FLEX, Broker Engine and AOL.

Application management and follow up with banks, settlement agents and real estate offices

Maintenance of customer files and client relationship management

General administration and office duties
