About the role

Hanssen Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Wall & Floor Tiler to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality tiles for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Duties

Understand and install waterproofing in external and wet areas

Install soundproof acoustic underlay matting

Tile grouting - both floor and wall

Prepare and level surfaces for tile installation

Cut, fit and secure tiles using adhesives and grout

Ensure tiles are installed to specification and to a high standard

Skills and Requirements

Tile set-out

Scheduling and material organizing

Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion

Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Wall & Floor Tiler

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Proficient in the use of tiling tools and equipment

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to work as part of a team
