Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a dynamic and fast-growing business based in Melbourne CBD.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include:

• Managing accounts receivable and banking processes
• Timely and accurate processing sales invoices
• Debtor reconciliations and reporting.
• Credit control, managing outstanding receivables.
• Bank reconciliations
• Cash flow reporting
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns for claims.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 12 months' experience in a high-volume transactional environment. You will be systems savvy and possess an intermediate level of Excel skills (pivot tables/ V-lookups).

Excellent communication skills, a customer service approach, and the ability to work to deadlines is also required.
