We seek a passionate and engaging Primary Teacher to provide for a maternity leave absence on a 12-month contract. As a teacher in our Primary school, you will be contributing to an exceptional learning environment that promotes the strong aims of an independent Christian School.

This position is available to start 07 October 2025 (Term 4) in Year 5.

To be successful, you will have:

An active Christian faith

A passion for supporting Christian Education

QCT Registration (or eligibility)

Familiarity with the QCAA syllabuses

Evidence of innovative classroom practices

A high standard of competency and proficiency as a classroom teacher

Excellent knowledge and understanding of the integration of technology in the delivery of learning

Demonstrated understanding of how students learn through effective classroom teaching strategies and the capacity to work with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning

Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical analysis and problem-solving skills

Ability to work proactively within a collaborative teaching team
