What You’ll Bring:
We're looking for exceptional Primary Teachers who is passionate about nurturing young minds and ready to make a meaningful impact in our dynamic learning community.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A Primary teaching qualification and current QCT registration
Experience in the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) - This will be highly regarded, but not essential
A commitment to uphold the vision and values of John Paul College and support the Strategic Plan, Ignite Ambition
A record of delivering high-quality, evidence-informed teaching which demonstrates a sustained and measurable impact on student learning through the use of data, feedback, and reflective practice
A proven ability to create a well-managed, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where student wellbeing is prioritised, enabling every learner to feel valued, engaged, and empowered to flourish.
A growth mindset and commitment to reflective practice, and ongoing professional development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to participate fully in the life and culture of the College
