Located in Emu Heights, Western Sydney, Little Emu Academy is a nurturing and vibrant early learning centre catering to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. With a 58-place capacity, we focus on relationships, learning through play, and creating a supportive environment for both children and educators.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualified Educators (Certificate III or Diploma):

ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Current (or willingness to obtain) First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training

Solid understanding of the EYLF and NQS

Experience working with children aged 0–5 years

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Availability Monday to Friday between 7 AM – 6 PM

Own transport (limited public transport access in the area)

Trainees (No Experience Required):

A genuine passion for working with children

Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while working

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow

Reliable, enthusiastic, and positive mindset

Available Monday to Friday with own transport
