We are a Ringwood-based construction company with 30 years of wide-ranging experience in Health, Church and general commercial projects throughout Victoria.

The role

We are seeking a trade-qualified Project Manager with 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, to lead projects from start-up to client handover.

Our Project Managers play a crucial role in planning, directing, and tracking our projects, ensuring quality commercial solutions are completed safely, on-time, within budget and in alignment with our values and policies.

Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:

Leadership and communication

Administration and computer skills

Effective people and time management

Initiative and planning

The key role responsibilities will include:

Actively promote a safe and healthy work environment

Develop positive relationships with staff, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Develop and understand various project scopes, programmes, plans, specs, etc.

Selecting, engaging and working with subcontractors and suppliers

Manage communications in Procore (incl. emails, RFIs, shop drawings, etc.)

Working with our team and trades to deliver projects to set expectations and timeframes

This is a permanent role for someone looking to enjoy a role in a culture-focused company that values people.

$110 - $150k plus super, depending on experience

Company vehicle

The role is based out of our Ringwood office with regular site visits to manage supervise trades/works and price new work. Some WFH available.
