About the Role

We’re offering an exciting full-time opportunity for a Club Manager to lead the team at Anytime Fitness Ramsgate. This hands-on role involves managing daily club operations, delivering outstanding member experiences, and helping grow the business.

Your Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support staff

Ensure the gym stays clean, safe, and welcoming for members

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to bring in new members and keep current ones engaged

Identify opportunities to grow the club’s reach, services, and presence in the community

Build a positive team environment

Stay on top of industry regulations and ensure compliance

Hit monthly KPIs (Sales, retention, member experience etc.)

Get involved in local marketing initiatives and community outreach

Drive customer retention and nurture a strong club culture

Handle administrative duties and maintenance reporting

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

Background in sales ideally.

A genuine passion for fitness and helping others

Fun and energetic who enjoys creating social media content.

Confident, self-motivated, and proactive attitude

Comfortable working independently and with a team

Current First Aid & CPR certification

Working With Children Check
