Company

We are a pastoral company, running 35,000 dse on average, across two properties near Coonamble and Canowindra. We predominantly operate a mixed livestock enterprise, incorporating the breeding and trading of sheep and cattle to effectively utilise native pastures with future plans to graze improved pastures and crops. To a lesser extent, our current grain enterprise is share-farmed by a local family. Our operations are managed to a high standard and we strive to generate an environmentally healthy system to produce lamb, wool, beef and grain.

Position

In this position, you will be the leading operator of our machinery for all operations and property development projects. Majority of the work will be internal but some contract external work may be required. The operator will work closely with management to help develop and implement projects whilst also understanding the future direction of the business. From time to time the operator will be required to help co-workers with livestock responsibilities. The position will be based in Coonamble, NSW and will require travel between the two properties when required.
