Our client are a large grower, miller, refiner and marketer of sugar and related products. The company is one of Australia's largest cane growers and own and operate sugar mills in Queensland.

We are currently on the search for a fit, self-motivated Dogger/Franna Crane Operator to join the Cane Rail Maintenance team during the crushing season.

Some key responsibilities will include:

Dogging and Franna Crane Operation

Labour intensive duties working outdoors

Standing on your feet for long period of time

Working a rotating shift roster - day, afternoon and nights

Cane rail maintenance duties

Driving trucks

The successful candidate:

HRW ‘DG’ & 'CN' Licence and MR Licence - RII tickets and HR or HC licence desirable

Strong levels of enthusiasm and drive.

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in physically demanding environment.

Physically fit with the ability to carry out labour intensive duties.

Punctual with a strong work ethic

Have a commitment to adhere to high safety standards employed by RSM People and the host employer

Be able to pass a pre-employment D&A screen
