Your Role: We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding teams in either our Ascot or Gold Coast office. This opportunity is perfect for driven individuals from sales, retail, or customer service backgrounds who are looking to break into the recruitment industry and build a long-term career.

You'll be guided through our structured traineeship, where you'll learn the fundamentals of recruitment, including compliance, candidate sourcing, account management, and business development. With full training, mentorship, and support, you’ll be set up for success before launching onto one of our busy labour-hire desks across construction and industrial recruitment.

Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Learning recruitment end-to-end from experienced mentors and team leads
• Conducting candidate interviews and managing ad responses
• Supporting candidate onboarding and compliance processes
• Assisting with sales calls and account coordination
• Learning to build your own candidate and client base with real-time coaching
• Using social media tools to help promote your desk and build a personal brand

Your Experience:
We don’t expect you to come from recruitment – in fact, we prefer people who have thrived in fast-paced, sales-driven, or customer-facing roles. This could be in retail, call centres, hospitality, telco, or B2B sales.

You’ll need:

• A proactive and resilient attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The motivation to build a long-term career in recruitment
• A hunger to learn, be coached, and grow with a high-performing team
