About the role

Floorsmart is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our Aroflo project management software, ensuring the seamless flow of information and supporting the broader operations of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately enter data into Aroflo, our project management software, to maintain up-to-date records and support ongoing projects
• Review and validate data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and responding to general inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support and facilitate effective communication
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles, ideally within a project management environment
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management software (experience with Aroflo is highly desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
