We currently have a full-time permanent opportunity for a proactive, motivated and focused individual to join our City Works team in the role of Operations Technician.
About the role
To be successful in this role you will have good communication skills to ensure active engagement with the many and varied staff, user groups and service providers you will work with. You will also ensure the quality and timely advice, information and actions are delivered between key stakeholders, the community and Council.
You will be a problem solver with good customer service skills and a basic understanding of Work Health and Safety (WH&S) in the workplace. Provide a quality Customer Services at all time and be able to work within a team efficiently and effectively.
If you are self-motivated individual with the ability to demonstrate your commitment to teamwork and the provision of quality customer service we would like to hear from you.
About you
You will be able to work in a team or unsupervised; all the time taking pride and working safely in producing great outcomes for our community.
You will be physically fit and have a “can-do” attitude.
Essential criteria:
General schooling to Year 10 or 12 and/or relevant experience.
A SafeWork NSW white card (general construction induction card).
Current Driver’s Licence
