This household consumer products business is going through a significant change in route to market, delivery and elevation.

This senior leadership position will play a pivotal role in accelerating commercial performance by owning and delivering revenue and margin targets across a variety or retail formats.

About the Role:

The National Business Manager - API will have total P&L responsibility. Working closely with local and international stakeholders in order to build strategy, structure and executional excellence in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute winning strategies across a major banner and channel in API;
• Drive profitable outcomes through rigours margin and ROI management, channel mix optimisation and disciplined commercial decision-making;
• Build and nurture strong relationships with pharmacy partners to drive joint value creation, secure strategic terms and amplify channel reach; and
• Work seamlessly with marketing, finance, supply chain and insights teams to align plans, remove barriers and ensure executional excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in commercial, retail or channel leadership roles in FMCG / CPG / SDA;
• Exceptional commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision making;
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy, OTC or API and customer dynamics;
• Strategic mindset with an ability to turn insight into actionable plans;
• Leadership capability to inspire performance and highly engaged teams; and
• Agile thinking and a passion for unlocking growth!
