Split role: 50% on the tools, 50% leadership and scheduling

What You'll Be Doing:
🛠 Leading and supporting a small team of cabinet makers
📅 Planning and scheduling jobs to meet project deadlines
📦 Ordering and managing materials, hardware, and stock
🏠 Overseeing project execution – both in the workshop and on-site
💬 Communicating clearly with team members and clients
✅ Ensuring safety and quality standards are met every time

What We're Looking For:

Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent trade qualification) with minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience

Someone who is ready to step into a foreman/leadership role

Someone who is organised, reliable, and confident managing workflows

Excellent communicator with strong people skills

Committed to teamwork, craftsmanship and getting the job done right

Valid Australian driver's licence required for company vehicle operation

Must have own professional tools

Valid White Card preferred for construction site access or willing to obtain

Current forklift licence preferred or willing to obtain
