About the role

Dynamic Home Enhancements is seeking another enthusiastic and driven Entry Sales Representative to join our team in Coopers Plains, Queensland. We have successfully from our last Job Ad brought on a wonderful candidate who has very quickly picked up the role and now we are looking for our next Lead Generating Superstar to teach and mentor! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium home enhancement products.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions

Demonstrating our products and services to generate interest and secure sales

Building strong relationships with customers and providing ongoing support

Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to team targets

Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed sales reporting

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Previous sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry

A driven and passionate approach to achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

A professional and presentable appearance
