Leading Australian Property Group requires 2 x Junior Delivery Leads to work on 6 month + contracts for their Sydney CBD office.

Reporting to the Program Manager, your role will see you work on the delivery of new platforms and features that provide market leading digital experiences for their clients.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Support the delivery of digital projects across web and mobile platforms
• Work with cross-functional agile teams (Designers, Developers, QA) to ensure timely delivery of product features
• Help manage the product backlog and assist with sprint planning
• Identify delivery blockers and work with stakeholders to resolve them
• Coordinate and participate in agile ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
• Assist in status reporting and stakeholder updates
• Gain exposure to digital strategy, road mapping and stakeholder management

About You:

• 1–3 years of project management experience
• Exposure to digital or IT environments (e.g. websites, apps, platforms)
• Some experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a supportive team
• A natural team player who can adapt to change and contribute to outcomes
