### Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dog groomer / Team Leader / Floor Supervisor / Salon Operations Manager to oversee our dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in managing, training, and motivating staff to achieve high performance and maintain the integrity of our salon operations. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Leadership & Management:** Lead a team of up to three staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure effective delegation of tasks to maximize team efficiency.

- **Training & Development:** Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing staff, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

- **Performance Monitoring:** Set clear performance expectations and regularly monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to salon standards and operational goals.

- **Motivation & Communication:** Utilize high executive function and team-focused communication strategies to motivate staff, encouraging collaboration and a commitment to excellence.

- **Operational Excellence:** Ensure all salon operations are executed within strict timeframes, maintaining quality and service standards at all times.

- **Visionary Leadership:** Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive team performance and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

### Qualifications:

- **Grooming Expertise:** Must have high precision skills in dog grooming and styling, as well as dog care, with a minimum of 24 months at FTE 1.0 working in a reputed establishment as a professional groomer.

- *Newly Qualified Groomers:** Will also consider a newly qualified groomer seeking employment for additional training. Must have cert III in pet grooming.

- **Documentation Required:** Must provide a documented CV with evidence of work to prove capability.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the salon or service industry.

- Exceptional communication and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and influence team members.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen focus on adhering to deadlines.

- High executive function and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges effectively.

- Commitment to maintaining high levels of performance, integrity, and professionalism.

### Employment Details:

- **Position Type:** Full-Time Equivalent 1 (FTE1) Monday-Friday.

- **Salary Package:** Commencing $26-$32/hour depending on experience level, with quarterly review for pay increase dependent on performance and sales/client retention achievements.

- **Superannuation:** Starting at 11.5%.
