The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate Sales Representative / Account Manager who understands premium meat cuts, culinary trends and the unique needs of fine‑dining establishments. This is a people‑focused, on‑the‑road role where you’ll own your region, nurture existing relationships and grow a loyal client base that values quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand a portfolio of fine‑dining restaurants, hospitality groups and chefs.

Own your territory: identify new opportunities and build long‑term relationships.

Maintain current accounts while developing new ones, ensuring exceptional service and product knowledge.

Stay current on culinary trends, sustainability movements and emerging cuts/proteins to position Marrow Meats as a market leader.

Travel regularly for client visits, tastings and industry events (expect to be on the road across the city).

Represent the brand at events and tastings, highlighting our commitment to sustainable, local produce.

What We’re Looking For

Deep knowledge of premium meat cuts, grading and sourcing (grass‑fed, Wagyu, heritage breeds) and their culinary applications.

Deep knowledge and experience in menu curation and creation.

Previous experience in the meat industry and/or a chef background (highly regarded).

Existing network within the hospitality industry (chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality groups).

Self‑starter with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

People‑focused, service‑oriented and comfortable building long‑term relationships.

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
