9-day fortnight work schedule

Projects across both residential and commercial sectors

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair solar PV and battery storage systems

Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and Clean Energy Council (CEC) regulations

Conduct system inspections, fault diagnosis, and preventative maintenance

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers

Communicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer service

Maintain accurate job records, including materials used and hours worked

Requirements:

Current SAA accreditation for solar and battery installation

Proven experience in both residential and commercial solar/battery projects

Sound knowledge of SAA guidelines and Australian standards

Ability to interpret technical diagrams and wiring schematics

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting up to 30kg and working at heights or in confined spaces

Professional communication and customer service skills
