About the role

Join Xpress Industries' passionate team of Solar Installers in Brendale, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe installation of solar panels and associated electrical systems for residential and commercial clients. As a Solar Installer, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

What you'll be doing

Install solar panels, inverters, and other electrical components in accordance with local regulations and industry standards

Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations to clients on the optimal solar system design

Liaise with clients to understand their energy needs and deliver customised solutions

Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards

Maintain accurate job records and documentation

Contribute to the continuous improvement of installation processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Electrical or Solar Installation, with a valid Electrical Licence

Minimum 1 years' experience in solar panel installation, with a strong understanding of electrical systems

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve technical issues

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

A commitment to safety and a focus on high-quality workmanship

A team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
