We work with major tyre retailers and independent workshops, delivering high-quality gear, expert advice, and trusted support. We’re looking for a skilled technician to take the lead on installations, servicing, and customer support — someone who takes pride in their work and represents the brand professionally.

About the Role:

This is a mobile field role with travel across Australia. You’ll be responsible for delivering, installing, and servicing a range of equipment — from passenger tyre changers to mobile truck systems — and training customers in their proper use. A key part of this role is building strong relationships on site; our technicians are often the reason customers come back.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric tyre/wheel service equipment

Deliver, install, and commission new machines across metro and regional Australia

Train customers in safe and efficient use of equipment

Travel regularly (interstate/regional); flexible hours required

Represent the company professionally, with clear communication and a solutions-focused mindset

Identify potential equipment needs during service visits and pass on sales opportunities to the team

Occasionally assist with warehouse operations when in Geelong

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience servicing automotive workshop equipment (e.g. tyre changers, hoists, jacks)

Strong diagnostic skills in hydraulics and pneumatics

Electrical or mechanical background preferred

Forklift licence required (or willing to obtain)

MR truck licence desirable but not essential

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Self-starter who enjoys working independently

A professional, tidy, and trustworthy presence — you’re the face of the brand on-site
