What You'll Need to Bring:

• Solid retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store
• Ability to manage and affect P&L reports...
• Strong skills in stock, visuals, and operations (you know how to make it all tick)
• Confidence managing pallets and pallets of stock weekly
• A genuine love for customers and team culture
• The energy to lead by example and get hands-on
• A results-focused mindset and a can-do attitude
• Ability to work weekend on / weekend off
