This is a site-based role in Sydney, ideally suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on with project delivery and working closely with crews on the ground. Approximately 65% of the role involves managing the team, with the remainder split between technical engineering duties and overseeing costing and commercial contract performance.

You’ll be expected to lead by example—planning work, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, and guiding junior staff. A key success factor will be your ability to adapt your management style to different team members and maintain positive site dynamics.
