About the Role

Expandify is on the lookout for reliable General Labourers to join our growing team in Brisbane. You'll be working across active construction sites, assisting trades and supervisors, with occasional short term away work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting trades and subcontractors on active job sites

Site prep, material handling, and general labour duties

Using power tools safely (experience preferred)

Maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Following directions from site supervisors and trades

Shifts average 8– 10 hours/day, starting at 7.00 AM

Some away work required (accommodation, meals and travel provided)

What You’ll Get

$33–$43/hr + super (based on experience)

$21.94/day travel allowance (paid automatically)

Meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours

Weekly pay — always on time

Long-term opportunities with consistent work

Time and a half + double-time for overtime

What You’ll

Need Valid White Card

Own reliable car (essential)

Basic PPE (hi-vis, steel caps, hard hat, gloves, glasses)

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

Own tools are a bonus but not required

Good communication and reliability
