About the role

East Coast HDD is seeking experienced Labourers to join our dynamic team. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects across Qld, NSW and Vic. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a leading provider of horizontal directional drilling and civil contracting services.

This role can require travel for a roster of 10 on and 4 off LAHA is paid weekly.

What you'll be doing

Assist skilled tradespeople with a variety of manual tasks on construction sites

Learn to operate and maintain equipment and tools

Perform general labouring duties such as loading, unloading, and site clean-up

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and to a high standard

HR truck licence is an advantage.

NBN experience is an advantage.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar construction role

Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

Be able to work as a team player

Basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
