Sidonie Newport forms part of a hospitality group that also owns restaurants in Scarborough, offering exciting opportunities for growth and development.

Barista Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in Australia in a fast-paced café
• Ability to produce quality shots and maintain coffee equipment and grinders
• Skilled in texturing milk and creating latte art
• High standards of hygiene and coffee machine cleanliness

Customer Service Skills:

• Exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills to build rapport with regular customers

Responsibilities:

• Barista and café allrounder duties
• Assisting with day-to-day café operations to ensure smooth service
• Opening & closing procedures
