This role will see you working onsite in the city fringe, and is an amazing opportunity for an experienced candidate looking to make a difference!

The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Mentor, coach, and lead a small team
• Ensure the smooth running of the office and its operations
• Training and onboarding staff as required
• Ensure staff are adhering to company policies & procedures
• Market analysis & financial reporting/budgeting
• Implement new processes as required
• HR and recruitment duties

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a General Manager within Student Accommodation, Hotel Management, or Real Estate
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Demonstrated ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs
