ROLE

You will:

• Support the delivery of their Digital Identity Strategy by defining platform, business service/capability, and identity architectures
• Develop future-state architectures for key Salesforce projects (e.g. Salesforce PSS – Licensing, and Experience Cloud – Customer Portal)
• Utilise the architecture platform (Capsifi) to model relevant architectures aligned with strategic goals
• Create clear and actionable architectural collateral that can be understood by both technical and business stakeholders
• Align solution designs with existing architectural patterns and IT ecosystem standards
• Ensure cohesive system integration across multiple platforms and technologies
• Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout project implementation to maintain alignment with solution blueprints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architecture delivery and manage risks across the project lifecycle

YOU

You will have prior experience:

• Translating business needs into clear technical specifications and solution blueprints
• Designing feasible, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture patterns
• Integrating cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365) with enterprise systems, including Salesforce
• Overseeing implementation and providing leadership to ensure architectural integrity
• Unifying data and processes across business domains for efficient operations
  Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
  Strong capability in designing end-to-end Salesforce integrations with cloud and third-party systems
  Committed to scalability, security, and innovation in architectural solutions
  Strategic thinker with a focus on identifying and applying emerging technologies to business objectives

Desirable Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
• TOGAF Certification (optional)
