South Gippsland Supports is a Registered NDIS Provider committed to delivering high-quality person-centred support services. We are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities and their families and are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration/HR Officer to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities:
· Maintaining accurate client and staff records
· Supporting onboarding and complaints checks for new staff and clients.
· Coordinating rosters, training and performance documentation
· Monitor and manage HR inbox and staff queries
· Assist with audits, policies, and NDIS Quality and Safeguards compliance
· Prepare letters, contracts and reports as required
· Support general office duties
Essential Criteria:
· Experience in admin, HR or disability sector (NDIS experience preferred, but not essential)
· Strong organisational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality protocols
· Basic computer literacy skills:
Microsoft SharePoint is used for document and content management, and hosts our internal information portal (basic skills would be advantageous, but not required as training will be provided were appropriate);
Xero is used for small business management and accounting (basic skills would be advantageous, but not required as training will be provided were appropriate)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to work to set deadlines
· NDIS Worker Screening Check/WWCC/Police Check
· Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Program
Desirable:
· Qualification in Business admin, HR or similar
· Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards
· Experience in administration using rostering software (basic skills would be advantageous, but not required as training will be provided were appropriate)
