We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional ready to step into a senior, hands-on role supporting leaders across the organisation.

This is a valuable opportunity to apply your expertise in people and culture to a broad range of strategic and operational work – advising, guiding and delivering outcomes that make a difference to our workforce.

Working collaboratively in a supportive People, Safety and Culture team, this role reports to our Manager People and Culture Services.

Key responsibilities

Partner with leaders to implement workforce strategies that strengthen leadership, performance, and team development.

Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and change processes with professionalism and compliance.

Support a positive, inclusive culture through coaching, policy advice, and practical organisational development programs.

Drive talent and capability initiatives including succession planning, recruitment, learning, and engagement strategies.

About you

Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role with strong knowledge of employment law and industrial instruments.

A track record of resolving complex ER/IR matters and leading organisational change initiatives.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships across all levels.

A relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience, with sound judgement, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset.

A current National Police Check Certificate is required for this role and is expected to be provided prior to commencement. Appointment is subject to satisfactory results.

What we offer you

Base salary between $102,093.90 and $117,460.62 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) + 12.5% superannuation
