NeoWest Building Company are a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, primarily servicing a major Pilbara iron ore producer across the Pilbara. FIFO from Perth Only, no eastern states or overseas applications will be considered. We nave a new position available for an experienced demolition labourer.

Starting rates (note that meals breaks are paid):

T/A's - $45.00/hour plus super, plus meal allowance. Wages

We seek experienced ceiling fixer for ongoing (continuous for over 5 years) housing refurbishment project in the Pilbara (Paraburdoo and Tom price). The successful candidates will ideally have:

-FIFO from Perth (Eastern states not considered)

-Must have: Residential refurbishment experience.

- Ability to wear PPE including being clean shaven for P2 respirator mask when required.

- Ability to achieve the highest quality of finishes in a very efficient manner.

- Clean Driver's license (manual preferred).

- Provide own tools (note: 5" grinders to have paddle switch and soft start)

- Ability to pass medical / D&A screens and complete 1day RTIO induction (All) and Asbestos Removal training courses & PPE fit test.

- Pride in their work, their workplace and maintain good housekeeping.
