The Role
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs
• Track and document each child’s learning and development journey
• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
• Develop tailored learning plans to support each child’s individual growth
• Provide hands on guidance to help children achieve their developmental milestones

Role Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Prior experience within a similar role is essential
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification and WWCC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Full working rights within Australia

This family owned service based in Toongabbie is seeking their next lead educator! Opening their doors between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. They are looking for an experienced and dedicated educator to join their team. The Centre Director prioritises creating a comfortable environment for both the staff and for the children. The service is extremely involved with their local area also highly regarded amongst the families. They strive to make an impact and build strong relationships with the children.
