Job Description

You will be responsible for performing a range of cleaning tasks to ensure newly constructed homes and residential properties are cleaned to a professional, high-quality finish. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Vacuuming and mopping floors to remove dust and debris

Cleaning and sanitising surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms

Internal and external window cleaning for a streak-free and polished finish

Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including benchtops, cupboards, and fixtures

Removal of minor construction-related waste and debris

🕒 Start times will vary depending on the day’s schedule, generally around 7:30am

🕓 This role is perfect for university students or parents with school-aged children – we offer flexible shifts during school hours and can tailor your schedule to suit your availability during the week.

What We’re Looking For

Physically fit and capable of manual tasks – this role involves lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling

Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude

Reliable and punctual – we value team members who show up and follow through

Ability to work effectively in a team and in fast-paced environments

Previous cleaning experience is not essential – full training provided to meet RBC standards

Comfortable working with basic tools such as step ladders

Requirements

A valid driver's licence

Access to a reliable vehicle (travel to various job sites required)
