Do you have a background in counselling, psychology, social work or a related mental health field? Are you passionate about child-led, trauma-informed support for children, teens, and families?

We are expanding our small, creative, and heartfelt team and inviting early-career to experienced clinicians to apply. Start with 2–3 days per week (including possible Saturday mornings) with the opportunity to build toward full-time as the clinic grows.

What We’re Looking For:

Relevant Bachelor or Masters qualification (Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, OT, etc.)

Registration with a relevant body (PACFA, ACA, AASW, AHPRA, APPTA, APTA, etc.)

Experience supporting children and families

A passion for play-based and child-centred work

Strong ethical grounding and trauma-informed understanding

Organised, reliable, and values-aligned

Ability to work independently while being part of a connected team

Additional Requirements:

ABN (if applying as contractor)

Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance (up to $10M)

Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

Police Check

First Aid (desirable)
